We'll be going through the entire game and how you need to go through it in order to efficiently get all of the achievements while replaying the least number of parts. One thing to keep in mind as we go through this is that achievements will only pop up once you get to a loading screen to switch characters.
There are also some achievements such as "Nerd" and "Perfect Crime" which require multiple parts to be done in order to get the achievement in the end. I have the parts where these are covered labeled in the chapters on the right side of the guide.

Interactive Drama
This achievement is for supporting Interactive Drama. Basically, this achievement you'll get just for starting the game, but as the first loading screen is after the chapter Father and Son you'll get the achievement once you get to the loading screen past that chapter.
Happy Birthday
Chapter - Prologue
For this achievement you'll need to complete the drawing, set the table, and play with the kids. Once you get up and get ready, you'll need to go downstairs to your drawing board and go through the quick time events until you complete the drawing. Then once your wife gets home, she'll ask you to help with groceries and set the table. You can then go outside to play with the kids, and you'll need to do the initial parts with each kid as long as you can until the game forces you to stop. Then you'll lift them up and win a sword fight with Jason.
Good Father
Chapter - Father and Son
For this achievement you'll need to follow the to do list on the board in the kitchen and send him to bed in a good mood. You don't have to be exact on the timings, but just make sure you stick somewhat close to it.
4:30 - Give Shaun a snack.
6:00 - Help Shaun do his homework.
7:00 - Make Shaun dinner.
8:00 - Tell Shaun to go to bed and make sure you bring his teddy bear up to him.
FBI Investigator
Chapter - Crime Scene
For this achievement you'll need to find all of the clues related to the Origami Killer in the chapter. The list of all of these are below with screenshots.
Nerd

Finding all of these clues will also take care of the first part of the Nerd Achievement.
Inside the tent: The boy's face, the orchid on his chest, the origami figure in his hand, his hand the second time, and the cut on his leg.
The pollen trail near the tent.
The blood by the train tracks.
The footprints by the train tracks.
The blood on the fence.
The footprints up the hill.
The tire tracks up the hill.
Negotiator
Chapter - Hassan's Shop
This achievement is for persuading the robber to leave. You'll need to walk up to make the robber see you and then go through the following conversation options.
Calm ► Name ► Reason ► Help ► Killer? ► Drop Weapon
Once you receive this achievement you'll need to reload the chapter and choose to save.
Blunder
Chapter - Nathaniel
For this achievement you'll need to shoot Nathaniel. When given the option during the confrontation, just shoot Nathaniel. It doesn't matter if you continue the game with this choice or the choice to not shoot him. So after you do the first one, reload and choose to save so you can do the other.
Self Control
Chapter - Nathaniel
For this achievement you'll need to NOT shoot Nathaniel. When given the option during the confrontation, just don't press the button to shoot him. It doesn't matter if you continue the game with this choice or the choice to not shoot him. So after you do the first one, reload and choose to save so you can do the other.
Kamikaze
Chapter - The Bear
For this achievement you'll need to take the best route on the highway. I show all of this in my video guide here.
Trial Master

This will also take care of the first part the Trial Master achievement.
Electrified
Chapter - The Butterfly
For this achievement you'll need to complete the Butterfly Trial successfully. You'll need to start at the second to last gap on the right where there isn't as much electricity. Then you'll go straight up ► to the left ► up again ► and up one more time.

Good Cop
Chapter - Shrink and Punches
For this achievement you'll need to stop Blake from hitting Dupre. Once given the option just choose to interrupt their fight. It does not matter if you stop it or let it happen ending wise, so choose one route, get the achievement, and reload to get the other one.
Bad Cop
Chapter - Shrink and Punches
For this achievement you'll need to allow Blake to keep hitting Dupre. Basically just stand there and do nothing while he beats up Dupre. It does not matter if you stop it or let it happen ending wise, so choose one route, get the achievement, and reload to get the other one.
