For chapter 5 we'll have 3 achievements to get. "This is Electroman!", "The Old Story", and "The End."
First, click on Fran in the bed to go into Ultra-reality. Then, open the closet and get the box of keys. Use it on the chains till you find the right key.
Open the closet again to get the water balloons and the school case.
Next, look at the doll house. Grab the piano, move the pinecone and pocket watch, then lift and cut the wallpaper to get a key.
Read Palontras' riddle, examine the box and open it using the following steps:
You'll find another key inside and instructions for an "Ekog clock". Check the cat doll, unlock its chest with Palontras' key and exit the room.
In the hallway, grab the key from the little table and open door 105. Use your second key for door 104 and enter the room.
Chat with Okhula (the eye), slide the blue switch down, grab a light bulb and pick up the hairbrush. Head back to room 101, examine the dresses in the closet and remove the button from dress number three
Go back to room 104 and pull the rope to reveal a painting. Crawl through to a new area, and insert the button into the monkey machine, turn the crank, and get some pliers. Then take the black wire and the bottle.
Go through door 105 and use your pliers on the skull on the wall to get another key.
Pick up the soap, turn the tap on and fill up your water balloons and bottle.
Back in the hallway, go through door 101, look out the window and use the water balloons on the Kamala to get a stick.
Use your new key on door 102 and go through. Open the hatch on the big cat, remove the alarm clock around its neck and pull the lever. Take the glove from the tree and place these items into the hatch:
Pick up the Ekog clock, go into the golden elevator and press the button. Use your hairbrush on the spirit and your stick to get another key.
Use this key on door 103 and use your Ekog clock on Mabuka twice. After talking, climb down the ladder.
Press the wall button, take a number, then head left.
Trade your ticket with the tall white patient and return to room 104. Talk to Okhula about your problem and receive a flask of tears. Go back to the tall white patient and give them the flask.
Show your new number to the nurse and get an emergency card. Go to room 105, dial the number on the card from the phone, then talk to the nurse again. Go through the doors to the right and through the end-of-hall door.
Don't use the syringe yet. Instead, use the lever near Dr Deern and shock them three times for the "This is Electroman" achievement.
Close the door and click the picture behind it for "The Old Story."
Finally, pick up the syringe, use it on Dr. Deern to finish the game and get "The End" achievement.
