Before we get started with all of the collectible locations in the "Pirate Goo Lagoon" map in SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake, I'd recommend you wait to go through this guide until after you've already beaten the game. None of these are missable so don't worry about them before that point. You'll even be required to have some of the abilities you unlock later in the game before you can even access many of the collectibles.
Starting at the first checkpoint with collectibles "Bongo Beach" we have the first lost penny (Yes, this world is going to be confusing. Pennies are for Mr. Krabs, and the coins are the doubloon collectibles we have across all worlds.) by going to the middle island with the drum and then going over to the section between the two waterfalls.
In the back left of this island you can find this penny sitting behind a broken ship on a ledge.
Then we can get the first coin from the same area. From the middle island with the drum, you can jump across the platforms over to the island to the left of the left waterfall.
Then we can move onto the "Scurvy Swamp" checkpoint. The second lost penny we can get by going to the middle large island and then keep going straight past the big tree and jump onto the next set of islands to grab this one.
Next in the same area you can get coin two by jumping down from the checkpoint and head over to the left across a turned over ship and then keep heading down the path until you pas the second ship on your left and go straight up to the top of the path to a cage you have to do the double jump slam on to open.
Also starting from the checkpoint again we can get coin three by jumping down and heading over to the right this time.
Continue down the path until you reach an indention on the right-side cliff covered in tikis.
Clear that path out and go to the end to find this coin.
Then we can head over to the "Sand Castle" checkpoint and get lost penny three from inside the middle of the castle.
Just clear the tikis and grab it from by the random fish guy sitting inside.
Then we can move on to "Musical Mermaid" checkpoint. First we'll get the golden spatula for this map from near the mermaid. You'll see a winding set of blue tikis and you could try platforming across them, but a much easier method is to jump on the umbrella and then on top of the palm tree to jump onto the first set of ledges.
Then just jump the rest of the way up to grab the spatula.
Also in the same area we can get coin four from the right of the checkpoint. Just jump over to that small island and double jump slam down to break the open the hole that it's inside.
Then we can move onto the "Shipwreck Treasure" checkpoint and get coin five by heading over to the tilting ship.
Tilt it down so that you can jump off of the left to the blue tikis floating under a cage and then platform your way through that path to get the coin.
Then for spot's location on this world you'll go to that same tilting ship and jump off to the right under the other cage to platform over to spot.
Next for this area we can get lost penny four from right next to the checkpoint. Just look off to the right and jump over to the little crow's next to grab it.
Then we can move onto the "Port Jelly Royal" checkpoint to get coin six from on top of the first set of buildings you have to fight through.
You'll need to go to the far-right side to get to the rooftops and then platform your way along them around to the other side in order to get the coin from on top of a pyramid of tikis.
Next will be lost penny five. You'll make your way across the ships out in the water until you get to the point where you're coming back to land for the second set of buildings you fight through, and this penny will be on the right sitting in a rowboat.
Then in that same area you can get coin seven from on top of the buildings very similarly to coin six. You'll go to the back right set and get on top of the rooftops.
Then platform your way across that row, over to the other row, and then down to the last one to grab the coin from on top of another tiki pyramid.
Then we can move on to the "Admiral Prawn" checkpoint for coin eight. Go straight as you would normally, but instead of going on the slingshot, you'll go straight past that to the small island and double jump slam down to break open the hole that this one's in.
